The Apollos were a group/band from Milwaukee,WI formed by Roland Stone,Denny McCarthy,Bobby Ray,Pete Miller and Duane Lundy who in 1964 recorded an instrumental single for Cite Records_Pete's Sake/Good For A Laugh.present in the doo wop guides.

I believe the group member, "Roland Stone" is actually, Roland Oeller, the writer of their song, "Hey Lonely One". The last name, "Stone" may have been a mistake.

Also, in their group photo, the guy on the far right hand side, may be, Paul Stefen.
